Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the DataRoute platform. If you use the platform on behalf of an organization, you accept them on its behalf. A signed order form takes precedence over these terms where the two differ.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the credentials issued to your workspace and for all activity under them. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform to break the law, to infringe the rights of others, or to interfere with the service or other customers.

4. Service levels

Availability commitments and service credits are set out in your order form.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the customer console at least thirty days in advance.
